• 1 year of radiology tech experience required.
• BLS certification, ARRT (R) certification, and any required state licensing.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and handle imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain procedures.
• Follow physician orders on imaging areas and position patient accordingly.
• Protect against unnecessary radiation exposure and adjust equipment.
• Calibrate imaging equipment and prepare results for physician review.
• Maintain accurate patient records and operate McKesson PACS.
