Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Radiology Tech for a travel assignment in Cambridge, MA. The role requires ARRT certification, MA licensure, BLS, flu vaccine, and 2 years of diagnostic radiology experience. You will work a rotating shift across hospital-based imaging with EPIC EMR experience preferred.

The 13-week assignment offers guaranteed 40 hours per week and competitive weekly pay of $2,702–$2,845, with recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology required.
• Massachusetts state licensure required.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Experience in diagnostic radiology and OR/fluoroscopy workflows.
• Ability to work in a hospital with rotating shifts; willing to float to other sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging across inpatient, outpatient, OR C-arm, fluoroscopy, and portable imaging.
• Ensure proper patient positioning, shielding, and exposure factors to optimize image quality while maintaining radiation safety.
• Operate imaging equipment from multiple vendors and adapt to various x-ray systems.
• Assist with OR imaging and fluoroscopy; maintain sterile technique and follow OR safety protocols.
• Review images for quality and communicate with radiologists for timely interpretation.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and record-keeping; EPIC experience is preferred.
