Job summary

MED-STAT HEALTH CARE INC is seeking a Radiology / Cardiology - Mammography Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in the Westwood area. Shifts are 5x8 hours (09:00 - 17:00). The role requires experience in 3D mammography, stereotactic biopsy, diagnostic mammography, and work in a comprehensive breast center.

Biopsy experience is a hard requirement. A 50-mile travel radius applies, and you will document all patient services in the chart while ensuring safety standards and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• Experience with 3D mammography and stereotactic biopsy.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Get to know patients to understand their medical needs and concerns.
• Set up equipment for testing, adjust exposure for proper results.
• Document all patient services within a patient’s chart.
• Maintain equipment and call in for repairs as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and wear protective gear.
