Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Rapid City, SD. This role involves operating radiographic equipment, producing high-quality images, and collaborating with physicians to support accurate diagnoses.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of radiologic experience, an active Radiologic Technologist license, and a current BLS certification, with ARRT preferred. Travel details and benefits are provided by Fusion Medical Staffing.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as Radiologic Technologist.
• Current Radiologic Technologist/ Radiography license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred ARRT Certification; other licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions.
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment to capture high-quality images.
• Maintain equipment and keep the procedure room clean and sterile.
• Evaluate images for quality and communicate findings to physicians.
• Document procedures and ensure accurate patient records.
• Follow radiation safety and hospital safety rules.
