Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Redding, California. You will perform advanced imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with a clinical team to deliver accurate diagnostic results.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of radiologic experience, active licensure, and a current BLS. ARRT certification is preferred. Travel benefits and first-rate support are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of Radiologic Technologist experience.
• Current Radiologic Technologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions.
• Operate radiologic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images per physician orders.
• Maintain equipment and sterilize the procedure room.
• Evaluate images for quality and present findings to physicians and healthcare team.
• Inspect imaging equipment for functionality and report malfunctions.
• Document imaging procedures and technical details in patient records.
• Follow safety rules including infection control and radiation safety protocols.
• Perform other duties within Radiologic Technologist scope.
