ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel Radiology Technologist to independently perform imaging procedures across clinical settings. The role requires ARRT eligibility, 2 years of experience, and state licensure as applicable.

You will handle patient care with compassion, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure proper coding and charging for services. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 40-hour weeks, day shifts, and no on-call; travel and housing stipends may be provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• ARRT Certification and BLS Certification; state licensure as required.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform diagnostic radiography procedures using established protocols.
• Adjust protocols and apply prescribed ionizing radiation appropriately.
• Operate imaging equipment for acquisition, analysis, and documentation.
• Administer oral and rectal contrast per physician orders and policy.
• Engage with patients and coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Ensure proper patient identification and universal protocol adherence.
• Review history and orders, applying departmental protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Ensure exams are coded, tracked, and charged correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
