Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a qualified Radiologic Technologist for a 12-week travel assignment in Hackensack, New Jersey. You will educate patients, operate imaging equipment, and ensure high-quality imaging under physician orders.

The role requires 1 year of experience, a state license, and BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred; benefits include competitive pay and robust support from a clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Current Radiologic Technologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• ARRT Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions.
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment to capture diagnostic images per orders.
• Maintain equipment and sterilize the procedure room.
• Evaluate images for quality and present findings to physicians.
• Inspect imaging equipment and report malfunctions.
• Document procedures and technical details in patient records.
• Follow safety, infection control and radiation safety protocols.
• Perform other Radiologic Technologist duties as assigned.
