Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 17-week assignment in Hackensack, New Jersey. The role offers 40 hours weekly with PM shifts, focusing on CT imaging and patient care in a hospital setting.

Requirements include an ARRT credential in Radiography (CT preferred), a state license if applicable, BLS, and 1–2 years radiologic technologist experience with CT imaging. Travel benefits and competitive weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
