Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Rad Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Encinitas, California. You will perform advanced imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic results.

Qualifications

• One year of radiologic technologist experience.
• Current Radiologic Technologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred ARRT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions as needed.
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain equipment and sterilize the imaging room.
• Evaluate images for quality and present findings.
• Inspect imaging equipment and report malfunctions.
• Document procedures and technical details in patient records.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and infection control rules.
• Perform other duties within Radiologic Technologist practice.
