Job summary

SnapCare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 12-week contract at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, NY. You will perform diagnostic imaging, ensure patient comfort, and follow safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Diagnostic Imaging: Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians.
• Ensure Patient Safety: Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
• Maintain Equipment: Calibrate and inspect imaging equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality and compliance with regulations.
• Document and Report Results: Accurately document procedures and assist radiologists in reviewing and interpreting images.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other staff to support coordinated patient care.
