Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T).

• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists.
• Position patients and operate radiation therapy equipment safely.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary with detailed records.
• Collaborate with oncologists, medical physicists, and oncology nurses to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide patient education, reassurance, and support throughout treatment.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
