Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Travel Radiation Therapist to support client healthcare systems in Fairbanks, AK. This travel contract assignment offers opportunities to work with TrueBeam and Aria, administer treatments, and collaborate with oncologists, physicists, and dosimetrists.

Active ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy and BLS are required, along with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience. Housing is provided and pay is competitive, with benefits eligibility during the contract.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists
• Accurately position patients and operate linear accelerators (LINAC) and related equipment
• Verify treatment plans and maintain detailed patient treatment records
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety and quality assurance standards
• Provide patient education, comfort, and support throughout the treatment process
