Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Alexandria, VA. You will perform imaging procedures, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with a clinical team to support accurate diagnoses.

Required are 1 year of radiologic experience, an active Radiologic Technologist license, and a current BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred; licensure reimbursement and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of radiologic technologist experience required.
• Current Radiologic Technologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions.
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Maintain equipment and sterilize the procedure room.
• Evaluate images for quality and present findings to physicians.
• Inspect imaging equipment and report malfunctions.
• Document all imaging procedures and technical details.
• Follow infection control and radiation safety protocols.
• Perform other duties within Radiologic Technologist scope.
