Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Rad Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Duluth, GA. You’ll perform advanced imaging procedures, educate patients, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality diagnostic results.

The role requires one year of radiologic technologist experience, a valid radiography license, and BLS certification. ARRT is preferred. Travel positions include competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as Radiologic Technologist.
• Current Radiologic Technologist/Radiography license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions.
• Prepare and operate radiologic equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images per physician orders.
• Maintain imaging room cleanliness and sterilize equipment.
• Evaluate images for quality and present preliminary findings to physicians and health care team.
• Inspect imaging equipment for proper functionality and report malfunctions.
• Document all imaging procedures and technical details in patient records.
• Follow hospital safety rules including infection control and radiation safety protocols.
• Perform other duties within Radiologic Technologist scope as assigned.
