Job summary

Families, Inc. seeks a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) to join the client’s treatment team and deliver clinical interventions under the supervision of an MHP.

• Must meet QBHP definition per Arkansas Medicaid Standards.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Travel required to fulfill duties and meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Serves as part of the client’s treatment team.
• Provides clinical interventions to reinforce therapeutic techniques.
• Completes required training to become certified QBHP.
• Provides timely documentation and written reports as required.
• Produces referrals and liaises with other agencies.
• Supports families and authorized collateral sources.
• Ensures attendance at medication evaluations and follow-ups.
• Schedules QBHP supervision and observations as policy requires.
• Maintains confidentiality and data in the charting system.
• Attends required clinic meetings and may testify in court.
