Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Fairfield, Texas. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role requires a PTA, active license, and BLS as needed.

Assignment details include 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, and 8-hour shifts with a lunch break. Benefits and relocation support are provided for travel staff to support continued patient care

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from a recognized provider.
• Experience treating 12 patients per day in a one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility to improve function.
• Manage patient flow to accommodate 12 patients per day in one-on-one sessions.
