You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility and independence after injury or illness. A strong clinical foundation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide targeted therapy interventions according to plan of care.
• Support travel assignment in SNF settings and coordinate care.
