Critical Connection, Inc. is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant in Yuma, Arizona. This 13‑week assignment requires 40 hours per week, with 8‑hour days and a travel-friendly schedule.

New Grad PTAs welcome, and you will deliver hands‑on care focused on functional mobility, gait training, and patient interaction while working under supervision in a SNF environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT.
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers.
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT.
• Document treatments accurately and timely.
