Qualifications

• Current PTA license required in the state of employment.
• Two+ years PTA experience in hospital/rehab/ SNF or outpatient.
• Graduate of accredited PTA program.
• Current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers and mobility activities.
• Implement and monitor physical therapy treatment plans under supervision of a licensed PTA or PT.
• Document patient progress in EMR and communicate with rehabilitation teams.
