Qualifications
- Active PTA license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of two years' PTA experience in hospital/rehab/SNF/outpatient.
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel via air/ground transportation.
Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans under supervision of a licensed PT.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers and mobility activities.
- Maintain documentation as per EMR standards.
- Demonstrate strong patient education and communication.
- Work independently and in collaboration with rehab teams.
