Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role offers a 13-week engagement with a 40-hour workweek and daytime shifts.

Responsibilities include providing skilled PTA services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Applicants should have an Associate degree, PTA licensure or active licensure process, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a PTA or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions under the supervision of a registered/licensed PT.
• Implement and adjust the patient's PT plan under supervision of a PT.
• Collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services as ordered.
• Modify the treatment plan under supervision of a PT.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with supervision requirements.
