The role requires an active MA PTA license, 1+ year of PTA experience, and LTC or rehabilitation background, with 40 hours per week on days.

Qualifications

• Active MA PTA license
• 1+ year PTA experience (required)
• LTC or Rehabilitation experience (required)
• New graduates considered with Level II clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Document patient progress and maintain electronic records
• Communicate with supervising Physical Therapist and participate in team meetings
