Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (SNF) in Pendleton, Oregon for a 13-week assignment. You will support patients recovering from injuries or illness, under a licensed Physical Therapist, with an expected 40 hours per week.

The role requires an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, active state license, and likely BLS certification. Travel benefits include housing and licensure/ travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by AHA/ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in rehabilitation to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient care in EMR and coordinate with care team.
