Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Oregon. You will work 40 hours per week in a skilled nursing facility, providing PTA services under a licensed Physical Therapist.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and experience in SNF settings with Net Health and PCC EMR systems. Travel housing and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Experience with Net Health and PCC EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel PTA role providing therapy to SNF patients under supervision.
• Collaborate with a licensed PT to implement treatment plans.
