Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Park Rapids, Minnesota. You’ll work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover and stay active throughout a 13-week assignment.

The role requires an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and 1+ year of experience; BLS may be required. Benefits include weekly pay, housing assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required.
• 1+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Days per week: 5.
• No call or weekend coverage required.
• May float to other facilities.
