Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a SNF assignment in Clearlake, California. You will work 40 hours per week over a 8-hour shift, for a 13-week duration, providing specialized therapy under a licensed PT.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active license, and geriatric rehab experience. Travel benefits include housing reimbursement and comprehensive traveler benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in geriatric and short term rehab settings.
• Experience with NetHealth/PCC.
• Travel assignment for 13 weeks in CA with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support geriatric and short-term rehab patients in a SNF setting.
• Assist patients to improve movement and function and promote independence.
