Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Williams, California. You will work in a SNF, providing PTA care under a licensed Physical Therapist, and help patients regain function and independence.

Expect 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, with travel benefits including housing, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Must hold an Associate degree and active state license; BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in geriatric and short term rehab settings.
• Experience with NetHealth and PCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist with mobility, gait training, and therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track patient progress.
• Collaborate with the care team in a skilled nursing facility setting.
