Critical Connection, inc seeks a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment in Ridgecrest, California. Start date 09/21/2026; 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days. Travel role with housing stipend, CEU allowance, and full benefits. New graduates welcomed; supervision by a Physical Therapist provided.

The PTA must hold an active state license or be pending and be prepared for hands-on patient care and documentation in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active (or pending) state PTA license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient response and report progress to the PT.
• Educate patients on exercises and functional mobility.
• Document treatments accurately and timely.
