Job summary

Towne U.S. LLC is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Edison, New Jersey. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.

This role offers 40 hours per week, days shifts, and travel-friendly stipends. Housing and benefits are provided, with ongoing support to ensure smooth transitions between contracts while you gain diverse clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active PTA license or multi-state licensure eligibility (licensing assistance provided).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical PTA experience preferred; new grads encouraged.
• Willingness to travel for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by supervising PT.
• Help patients perform therapeutic exercises and mobility activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress; report updates to the PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain a safe therapy environment by managing equipment and patient mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.
