Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Johnston, Rhode Island. The position requires 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts at SNF/LTC settings.

The PTA will provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT, maintain treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals. Start date is 10/26/2026 for a 13-week assignment.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in licensure process.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders under supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the PT plan of treatment under PT supervision.
• Collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities
