Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in St. Albans City, Vermont.

The role offers 37 hours per week, 12-hour days, and a supportive clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care. You’ll evaluate, treat, and guide patients in hospitals, clinics, and rehab settings, with travel-specific benefits, competitive pay, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Physical Therapy experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
