Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 16-week assignment in White River Junction, Vermont. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized rehab plans, and implement treatment using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The role requires a Vermont license and CPR/BLS certification. You will work 32 hours per week, with 8-hour days, in a hospital or clinical setting, enjoying travel-friendly pay, benefits, and support from a dedicated

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and identify functional limitations to determine treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using evidence-based methods
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize treatment results
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety guidelines
