Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing - Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Marion, Indiana. The travel PTA will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mobility impairments in hospitals, clinics, or rehab centers, delivering evidence-based plans while traveling between facilities.

The role requires an active PT license, BLS certification, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
