• Current Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Instruct patients on exercises and techniques and document progress.
• Maintain patients’ records and ensure proper records for continuity of care.
