Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on goals and orders.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and complex conditions.
• Provide gait, balance, and functional mobility training; educate patients and caregivers.
