Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sierra Vista, Arizona. 40 hours per week, 9-hour days, with travel reimbursement.

Requirements: Doctorate in Physical Therapy or BPT with NPTE; graduate from an accredited program; minimum one year experience; current state license or in process; CPR certification. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduate from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans goals, and documents progress.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to coordinate care.
