Job summary

Anders Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, MO. You will work with a healthcare team in outpatient settings to deliver patient-centered care and develop individualized treatment plans.

The role requires an active MO PT license, at least 1 year of PT experience, and may require BLS. You will receive weekly pay, housing/meal stipends when applicable, and other travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Active MO Physical Therapist license is required.
• At least 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• BLS certification (AHA) if required by facility.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support patient mobility, recovery, and functional outcomes.
