Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient contract assignment in Talkeetna, Alaska. The role is 40 hours per week, with dayshift, for 26 weeks, starting ASAP.

This travel position offers hands-on patient care in an outpatient setting and requires licensure or active licensure in process. The ideal candidate will develop care plans, provide skilled PT services per physician orders, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in licensure process.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs and modify care to meet goals.

Responsibilities
