Description

• Outpatient Clinic setting within a critical access hospital
• Day shift, 4x10 hours (6:45 AM-5:00 PM), with flexibility for 8 or 10 hour shifts
• No weekend shifts required
• Floating required within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities
• Uses Cerner for charting, experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required

• License required if applicable
• Experience with orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric patient populations preferred
• Skilled in modalities such as E-stim, ultrasound, traction, and cryotherapy preferred

• Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, and use of therapeutic modalities for orthopedic and neurologic conditions

• Parking permit required at no cost, arranged during orientation
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Local candidates accepted with no radius restriction
• Previous permanent or PRN employees must be separated from the facility for at least 12 months before returning as a traveler
• Candidates must work 2 of the 3 major holidays
• Time off requests should be discussed with the manager
• Day 1 orientation is virtual and at-home, with required modules completed by 4:00 PM CST
