Cross Country Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will evaluate patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and support recovery and return to community activities in a clinical setting.

The role emphasizes patient education, safety, and adherence to standards, with a typical schedule of days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Prior outpatient experience and a current Physical Therapist license are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR certification.
• Must meet state licensure requirements for Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans to support recovery and community reintegration.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and set goals focused on discharge within an established length of stay.
• Complete medical record documentation in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines, including goal writing and functional assessments.
• Ensure all care is provided under signed physician orders and insurance approvals.
• Participate in student training programs and provide supervision where appropriate.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain licensure in good standing.
