Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Indianapolis, Indiana. Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Active State License to start the assignment
• BLS certification may be required by AHA or ARC
• Maintains licensure in good standing and completes state CE requirements

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in travel assignments.
