Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state licensure in good standing; meets continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Oversee discipline-specific therapy services and educate patients and families.
• Contribute to designing functional treatment programs aimed at successful return to community activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation per guidelines and policies.
