Job Details

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; Valid state licensure in good standing; meets all continuing education requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing outpatient therapy services, knowledge of safety protocols related to patient handling and infectious disease control.

Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment plans with clinical reasoning focused on progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay. Maintains accurate and timely medical record documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines and organizational policies.
