The role involves meeting an average of 8-12 patients per day, discussing treatment needs, and creating customized therapy plans. Responsibilities

• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that meets their mobility goals.
• Work closely with each patient’s care team for adequate follow-up care.
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress.
