The role involves handling an average of 8-12 patients per day, assessing their treatment needs, and creating customized therapy plans. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from many different backgrounds to discuss health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient.
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that will help them meet their mobility goals.
• Work closely with each patient's care team to provide adequate follow‑up care.
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress.
