Job summary

The Employee Connect seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 90-day onsite contract in Mishawaka, Indiana. The role focuses on restoring function, mobility, and independence through evidence-based therapeutic care.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana license and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent) from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year post-graduation experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations (history, ROM, strength, gait, balance, functional goals).
• Design and deliver individualized treatment plans using exercise, manual therapy, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, fall prevention, and device use.
