Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist, General, for a 13-week travel assignment in LaGrange, Georgia, starting 10/26/2026. The inpatient rehab shift is Days (5x8).

Weekly pay ranges from $1,811 to $1,923, and hours are not guaranteed. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and adjusting rehabilitative plans, delivering interventions, documenting evaluations and outcomes, and collaborating with physicians and nurses to support discharge planning while

Qualificações

• Active PT license in the United States or eligibility as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation environment.
• Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and related logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and adjust rehabilitative plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity.
• Deliver PT interventions across the full continuum of care, using evidence-based practices to advance function and independence.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in a timely, compliant manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to optimize patient outcomes and support discharge planning.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in therapy delivery, with adherence to all applicable standards and policies.
• Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and strategies to maintain gains after discharge.
