Job summary

PhysioWorks in Silverdale, WA is seeking an independent contractor Physical Therapist to join our team. The role offers flexible scheduling and the option to travel to our Kent location; mileage is reimbursed and you can operate as a 1099 or W-2, negotiable.

You will manage a diverse caseload with 8–14 visits per day, with opportunities for advancement to lead, or clinical director; compensation is hourly, $55–$65 depending on experience. We value autonomy, integrity, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Washington state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Business-minded with a passion for patient care.
• Confident yet humble attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Able to learn AMA vs 8-min rule CPT code billing.
• Willingness to travel to Kent, WA location for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse caseload.
• Manage a typical workload of 8–14 visits per day (avg 9).
• Collaborate with a therapist-owned clinic emphasizing teamwork.
• Possibility for advancement to PRN, lead, or clinical director roles.
