Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role requires meeting licensure, education, and credentialing standards with duties focused on assessment, treatment planning, and patient education.

The position offers 40 hours per week with a 13-hour shift schedule for the duration of 13 weeks, along with travel reimbursement and housing assistance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with goals.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develop plans of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
