Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Wellington, Florida. This role involves evaluating referred patients, delivering direct physical therapy interventions, and implementing individualized treatment plans.

The candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and educate patients and families. A 13‑week assignment with 40 hours per week and 8‑hour shifts is offered, with travel credentials supported by the agency.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduation from an accredited school is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the field.
• Current state PT license or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Other client-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct rehabilitation services.
• Develop and administer a treatment plan with measurable goals.
• Document patient condition and progress, and educate patients/families.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to reach goals.
